Within the first 14 days, you can return your product to us for a full refund (excluding the payment gateway and shipping fees) for any reason, even if you’ve just changed your mind. You the customer will have to return the product by courier, insured and tracked. This includes unwanted but undamaged goods. In the unlikely event that you have any issues after this period, your product is covered by the warranty specified in the product details. If you do have a problem, please contact us. We’ll first try and fix the problem over the phone. If that is unsuccessful, you can return it to us for it to be repaired.
